Thank you for your interest in donating new or gently used items! The Second Chance Resale Store & Adoption Center relies on donations from our community. All sales from donated items directly support the lifesaving work at Charleston Animal Society where over 15,000 vulnerable animals are cared for annually. By donating, you are helping us find homes for more than 4,000 animals, spay/neuter over 6,500 animals and teach compassion lessons to over 3,500 children each year.

DONATE AT THE STORE
Items can be dropped off at the Second Chance Resale & Adoption Center during open hours:
Tuesday: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00AM to 6:00PM
Thursday: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00AM to 6:00PM
Saturday: 10:00AM to 5:00PM
Sunday: Closed
Monday: Closed
FREE PICK-UP
We offer free pick ups for larger donations on Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00AM to 2:00PM. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for free donation pick ups to be scheduled.

FILL-THE-TRUCK
On the second weekend of every month, from 10:00AM to 2:00PM, we host a Fill-the-Truck event at our shelter in North Charleston or at one of our business partner locations. Keep an eye on our Facebook Page for more information on the location for each Fill-the-Truck event.
